We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $200 USD (subtotal after discounts, before taxes).
- Threshold: $200 or more (after applied coupons/discounts, before taxes & shipping fees).
- Eligible Destinations: Continental United States (48 contiguous states).
- Shipping Method: Standard shipping (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx) – transit time 5–10 business days after processing.
- Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to:
- Express / expedited shipping upgrades (additional fees apply if selected)
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories
- International orders
If your order subtotal reaches $200+ at checkout, the standard shipping fee will automatically be reduced to $0.00 for eligible U.S. addresses.

- All rates are in USD and calculated automatically based on weight, destination, and carrier.
3. Processing & Delivery Timeline
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays).
- Delivery Times: Estimates only — actual times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance (international), weather, or peak seasons.
- Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
4. Important Information
- International Orders:
- Customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.
- We do not declare packages as “gifts” or under-value them to avoid customs charges.
- Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
- Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is significantly delayed or marked lost by the carrier, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll assist with carrier investigation and may issue a refund or reship if applicable.
- Holiday & Peak Season: Expect longer processing and transit times during major holidays (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year, Black Friday). Order early!
