Return policy

At Pearl Par, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right. Please read our return policy carefully below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Returned items must include the original invoice/receipt or order number.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or final-sale items (marked as such on the product page) are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Reasons We Accept

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Doesn't fit or meet expectations
  • Changed your mind (change of mind returns are accepted as long as the item is in sellable condition)

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us First Email us at zhongyutrading@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item (especially if damaged/defective), and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label (if eligible) or instructions.
  2. Pack the Item
    • Place the item securely in its original packaging (or a sturdy box).
    • Include all accessories, tags, and original invoice.
    • Do not attach shipping labels directly to the original product box.
  3. Ship It Back Use the prepaid label we provide (for eligible returns within the US) or ship via a traceable carrier. We recommend insuring high-value items. Return shipping costs are covered only for damaged/defective/wrong item cases. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  4. Processing & Refund
    • Once we receive and inspect the return (usually within 5–10 business days), we'll process your refund to the original payment method.
    • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/credit card issuer.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

4. Exchanges

  • We gladly offer exchanges for size/color issues (subject to stock availability).
  • Please follow the same return process above and specify the desired exchange item in your email.
  • We'll cover return shipping for exchange requests due to our error (wrong size sent, etc.).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and either refund you fully or send a replacement at no extra cost.

6. International Returns

For orders shipped outside the US:

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • We recommend using a trackable service.
  • Customs duties/taxes paid on import are non-refundable.

7. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy (worn, washed, altered, or missing tags).
  • Sale/clearance items may have limited return eligibility—check product page for details.
  • We do not accept returns sent to our physical address without prior approval.
